Consequences of Provisional Breach

Without negating any previously instituted stipulations, VIP Jerusalem tours assumes the right to pursue legal action if the tenant breaches any of the terms and conditions addressed in the Rental Confirmation or Terms of Use. VIP Jerusalem luxury rentals  reserves the right to take appropriate action to manage any breach, including the involvement of court proceedings.

Variation

VIP Jerusalem vacation rentals  reserves the right to periodically revise the terms and conditions of the Rental Confirmation and Terms of Use. All revised terms and conditions will apply to the tenant effective on the publication date. The tenant is encouraged to regularly check the VIP Jerusalem website to ensure updated terms and conditions are exercised.
